  2. Aqua Roma and Tokyo Restaurant in Hong Kong on Flickr.
Snapped this one in Hong Kong. The best part of the restaurant is the hot scene, and the views from Kowloon over the Hong Kong skyline. More here. — Jenn

Amazing cappuccino art. Taken at Fanr restaurant on Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi. A new find for me, and a great choice for a chic yet casual lunch. — Jenn

  4. At the Manarat al Saadiyat museum in Abu Dhabi on Flickr.
I was very pleasantly surprised by this weekend’s trip to Manarat al Saadiyat in Abu Dhabi. A neat little museum that highlights plans for the city’s and the island’s growth. And it comes complete with a cheery, bright restaurant on premises.

  5. Egg Tarts from Shang Palace on Flickr.
A great spot for dim sum brunch in Abu Dhabi, served everyday! The menu changes by week, and because it’s Abu Dhabi, there is no pork served, but its tasty.

I love the funky lobby at the Fairmont Hotel in Abu Dhabi. A great place to spend an evening, with a stop at Frankie’s for dinner, or, if you want to go really upscale, Marco Pierre White.

  8. I snapped this picture from the observation deck of the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, from the 124th floor, looking up! The Burj Khalifa is the tallest building in the world for now- Saudi Arabia has plans in place to beat it.

  9. I snapped this picture of the ceiling of Angar restaurant in the Yas Hotel this weekend. The restaurant is a chic choice for Indian food in Abu Dhabi, and is worth a try if you’re in the area.

  10. I snapped this picture from the Abu Dhabi Yacht Club, looking across the water at the Yas Hotel. This hotel, which recently became part of the Viceroy Group, literally spans Abu Dhabi’s Formula One track, with the bridge between the wings crossing over a key stretch. Its full of fun restaurants and even features Saturday morning yoga classes!
